It is possible that you are (still) receiving reminders about the shipment of your item, although you have already sent it. It is important to contact our Customer Service Chat as soon as possible. It is your own responsibility to inform us about your shipment. We will send enough reminders. It might be the case that the delivery company did not process the status of your shipment yet, that you shipped the item through DHL Parcel instead of DHL Express or that something went wrong. If we are not informed about this on time, the system might cancel your sale automatically. Unfortunately, we cannot reverse this.
