Yes, unfortunately we have noticed that the shipping companies are extremely busy and some processes might get delayed.

Possible effects:

  • The track & trace is not always up to date. This means that it does not show us the newest information. Unfortunately, we cannot change this. Please notice: if you are a seller who is still receiving reminders about the shipment of your item although you have already sent the item, please contact us as soon as possible. Otherwise, your sale might be cancelled automatically and we cannot undo this. 
  • It might happen that the shipping companies are (temporary) not able to deliver in some ereas. We call these ereas "Red Zones". If this is the case with your order, we will contact you right away. If possible, we will ship your item with another shipping company. If this is not possible, we are forced to keep your item in our warehouse until delivery is possible again. Unfortunately, it is not possible to cancel an other because of this. 
  • Some shipments are delayed without an explanation. All the information we receive is "Unknown delay due to COVID-19 impact". Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do about this. We have to be patient and give the shipping companies some extra time to process the shipments.
